adventures in crustaceans

I was aware that shrimp had heads and faces. I had even encountered them this way before in paella and the such. But I had never bought them this way on my own at the market. Now, when Eric and I have shrimp, we clean them ourselves by pulling off the head first. If you don't pull it from far enough down the body, your thumb can slip and go right into their brain. Nice!
